Ricardo Iglesias
He is a philosopher and has a Ph.D. in Art, Territory and Culture of the Media by the University of Barcelona, where he currently teaches Audiovisuals and Interactive Systems. He has worked in different design centres like the Escola Massana, Elisava, ESDI, IED, IDEP and collaborates with the MACBA. Through his installations and robots he addresses the relationships between subject and vigilant power as well as the boundaries between the natural and the artificial. His thesis “Robotics as Artistic Experimentation” has been recently published by Casimiro.
