Jordi Sánchez Navarro
PhD in Audiovisual Communication, specializing in film, television and video games. Director of Information and Communication Sciences at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He investigates innovation in audiovisual entertainment. Assistant Director of the International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia between 2001 and 2004, he is currently the programmer of the animation section (Anima’t) of the festival.
He has been director of the Barcelona International Comics Convention, television critic in Kane 3 and contributor to the cultural supplement of the newspaper La Vanguardia and the culture section of the newspaper El País.
